The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
YJ tries to clinch up but Mountain circles away and keeps his distance.
YJ dives in and grabs Mountain's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mountain pushes down on YJ's head and hops out.

YJ tries to keep at a distance but Mountain has taken the fight into the clinch.

Mountain breaks the clinch.
Mountain fakes high and swings low for a body shot but YJ manages to avoid it.
YJ tries for a takedown but Mountain circles away easily
and Mountain counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
YJ tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mountain cracks YJ with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
YJ tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mountain sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten YJ somewhat.
Rocky Mountain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John YJ.

and YJ counters with a big head kick but Mountain shrugs it off.
YJ swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Uchida comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Pride kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman!
