The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fighter's waist but Fighter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chan off to one side.
Fighter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Fighter circles away from the clinch attempt.
Chan tries to clinch up but Fighter circles away and keeps his distance.
Fighter is looking to land body kicks.
Chan drops his hands momentarily and Fighter takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

It looks like Matt Chan has been cut.
Fighter jabs Chan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Fighter with a nice cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fighter lands a glancing blow to the side of Chan's head.
Fighter falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chan counters with a head kick.
Fighter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Chan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fighter is fending him off so far but Chan persists. Nope, Fighter circles away and we're back to standing.

No joy there for Fighter, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fighter connects with a body shot that sends Chan's belly button to the back.

Fighter steps into range and cracks Chan with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Chan flops backwards and Fighter dives into his guard looking to finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campbell misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nice takedown defense from Campbell. No joy for Jonsson on that attempt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
