The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter connects with the punch.
Blake tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Carter is able to avoid easily.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Carter checks a leg kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Blake tries to circle away but Carter has him pinned against the cage.
Carter with a knee to the head.

It looks like Derek Blake has been cut.
Carter keeps control of Blake as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Carter manages to break the clinch.
Carter circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Blake drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Carter follows Blake to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
