With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Hannibal!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hannibal tries to score a power double leg takedown but Monster sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hannibal somewhat.

Monster closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Monster prevents the takedown attempt.
Hannibal looking for a takedown.
Dingo Monster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Hannibal.
Hannibal tries for a takedown but Monster manages to get underhooks.
Hannibal creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Monster breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hannibal stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Monster.
Monster lands a slapping body shot.

Monster moves into the clinch successfully.
Monster utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Hannibal looks gassed!

Monster working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Monster lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Hannibal tries to land knees in the clinch but Monster avoids the damage to the body.
Hannibal's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Monster lands a body shot in the clinch.

Monster escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Monster tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Monster moves into the clinch.
Hannibal misses with a knee strike.

Monster breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dingo Monster is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hannibal shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Monster defends it nicely.

Monster lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Jason Hannibal has been cut.
A nice right hand lands inside from Monster.

That has opened up Jason Hannibal's cut even more.
Hannibal tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Monster just stands there and leans against the cage.
Monster with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Monster lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Monster lands a left hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Monster lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Monster lands a nice uppercut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hannibal managing to block the knees to the body from Monster.
Hannibal tries to pull guard but Monster won't allow it.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Monster creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Hannibal is rocked!
Hannibal throws a knee to the head but misses.
Hannibal is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Hannibal is working for takedown but Monster is calmly controlling the position for now.
Hannibal is trying to force a seperation but Monster has the dominant position.
Hannibal is trying to pull guard but Monster has him pressed against the cage.
Hannibal jumps guard but Monster turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Monster scores a nice knee to the body.
Monster has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Hannibal - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Monster, and another! Hannibal is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Dingo Monster!
Dingo Monster bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sharp shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Sharp was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Davee tries to lock up and control but Sharp gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Sharp punching from mount but Davee doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Davee keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Sharp lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Sharp controlling the pace for now.
Davee is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Sharp looking to ground and pound but Davee is blocking nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Davee prevents any damage by holding on tight.
Sharp sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

That's one minute gone in the round.
BOOM! Sharp connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Sharp in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Davee wants to try and get back to his feet.
Sharp looking to finish Davee with some ground and pound. This is bad for Davee!
Sharp pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Davee is rocked!
Sharp lands a big elbow - Davee is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Davee is forced to tap out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Curtis Sharp!
Curtis Sharp seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
