Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Trick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tim Palmer told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmer throws a combination that misses
and Trick makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Palmer swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Trick counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Trick checks the leg kick.
Trick misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Palmer.
Palmer takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Tim Palmer has been cut.
Trick stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Palmer swinging wildly here.
Trick connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Palmer's hands.
Palmer should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Palmer drops his hands momentarily and Trick takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

That has opened up Tim Palmer's cut even more.

Trick lands a big uppercut and Palmer crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Palmer looks OK. Trick waves Palmer back to his feet!

Palmer is rocked!
Trick ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Palmer out cold! The fight is over!

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Leben (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Sankara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Leben had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Iron Chancellor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Landry Saracen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chancellor might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Amon Tobin / El Cargo. Saracen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bon Jovi - Dead or Alive kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Landry Saracen struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 137.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Iron Chancellor could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Landry Saracen's chin.
