Bennet comes into a darkened arena with his song building. UB40 - Swing Low, Sweet Chariot kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dog misses with a takedown attempt

and Bennet counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Dog avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Dog will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bennet stands up from Dog's guard - Bennet perhaps looking for a knockout.
Dog fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bennet throws a series of punches but Dog avoids them all with ease.

Bennet closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Dog really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Dog has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Bennet is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Dog.

Kawai tries to bum rush Antunes with a series of wild strikes but Antunes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Antunes misses with a body kick.
Soa Kawai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Antunes drops his hands for a split second and Kawai immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Antunes face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Kawai follows up with a right hand that knocks Antunes into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Reynolds got a little sloppy there for a moment and White has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Reynolds has managed to get both his arms back between White's legs - danger averted.

White lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Frank Reynolds.
