Spud ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Laiola moves away.
Laiola throws out a loose jab but Spud uses good head movement to avoid it.
Spud throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Spud lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Laiola backs up against the cage.

The fighters circling - Spud throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Laiola lands with a nice body punch.
Spud just misses with a punch to the body.
Spud takes a swing at Laiola's ribcage but misses.
Laiola punishes Spud's body with a nice straight punch.

Spud tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Laiola was well out of range. Poor timing from Spud.
Laiola uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Spud has time to react.
Laiola stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Laiola is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Laiola throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Spud stumbling backwards into the cage! Spud bounces back off the cage towards Laiola, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Laiola lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Laiola celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
