The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagat changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Salonoy tries to avoid it but Sagat manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Salonoy to the ground. Salonoy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A looping hook to the body misses from Salonoy. Sagat does a little dance to reset his feet.
Salonoy throws a body punch but Sagat moves out of range.

Salonoy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Sagat takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sagat crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Salonoy - the referee stops the clock and Sagat gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Salonoy. Sagat manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Salonoy stalks Sagat and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sagat's face. Sagat staggers backwards, shaken.
Salonoy thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Sagat if he has to take too many more of those.

Oooooh!!! Salonoy has knocked Sagat down with a huge combo! Salonoy steps away and waves a wobbly Sagat back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Salonoy looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out!
