Killer doesn't manage to clinch there - Surtr circles away.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Killer lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Surtr has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Surtr and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Surtr lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Surtr feints a jab and as Killer dips his head, Surtr unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Killer right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Killer falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Surtr smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Argo Surtr!
In his post fight interview, Argo Surtr started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price lands with a kick to the ribs.
Noonan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Price manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Price throws a lazy right hand but Noonan sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Price misses with a wild body shot.
Noonan tries to land a front kick but Price steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Noonan throws a leg kick but Price sees it coming and moves out of range.
Price stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Michael Noonan has been cut.
Price throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Price lands with a good body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Noonan gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Price.
A nice inside leg kick there by Noonan. That's going to slow Price down.
Price takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

A looping hook to the body misses from Price. Noonan does a little dance to reset his feet.

Noonan moves in looking to clinch but Price pushes him off.
Noonan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Price connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Noonan scrambles back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Price enables Noonan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Price manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Noonan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Noonan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Noonan has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Price finds it's way round the side to connect with Noonan's head.

Noonan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Price.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Price lands with an overhand left.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Noonan scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Noonan lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Price lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Noonan circles away quickly and effectively.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Trevor Price will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Noonan walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Price checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Noonan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Price takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Noonan tries to close the distance and clinch but Price swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Noonan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Noonan lets loose with a powerful body kick. Price will feel that in the morning.
Price ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Noonan moves away.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Noonan lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Price has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Price and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Trevor Price seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Noonan tries a low kick but Price avoids it.
Noonan takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Michael Noonan's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Trevor Price!
Trevor Price is the new super heavyweight champion!
A very excited looking Trevor Price made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
