Gold is working to tighten is grip on Hernandez's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hernandez has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gold is really squeezing tight and eventually Hernandez passes out! Gold breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Chavo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Melendez's waist but Melendez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chavo off to one side.
Chavo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Melendez sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Chavo shoots in looking for a takedown. Melendez tries to sprawl out of it but Chavo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Melendez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
