The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Frost.
Frost lands with a hook. Reynolds tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Freddy Reynolds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Reynolds shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Frost is trying to defend but Reynolds finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Reynolds pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Frost taps out and this one is all over!

Brooks fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lowley manages to avoid it.

Lowley stalks Brooks and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Brooks's face. Brooks staggers backwards, shaken.
Lowley throws a right hand that Brooks ducks under and follows up with a left that Brooks also avoids with ease.

Lowley lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
