The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Skm throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Zielinski was covering up waiting for the punch and Skm finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Zielinski is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Skm frees his head nicely. Oh but Zielinski has switched to an armbar! Skm is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

No joy there for Takeda, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Takeda ducks under a wild hook from Moura.
Takeda fails with an attempt to clinch.

Shinji Takeda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moura throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Takeda sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Horrible takedown by Takeda or perhaps it was just good defense by Moura which made him look bad.

Moura feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Takeda sprawling to the canvas! Takeda rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Moura finish him?!

Takeda is trying desperately to land a takedown but Moura is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Takeda.
Takeda tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Moura swivels and escapes.

Moura misses with an uppercut. Takeda saw that one coming.
Are you kidding me?! Moura ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Takeda clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
