Williams is not content to let LaRue control the position.

LaRue in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Williams tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from LaRue!

Velasquez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Guy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Velasquez can do anything to dispel that myth.

Getcha looks for the body kick but O Hare saw that one coming.
A nice combination there by Getcha.

Getcha feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close round but I would say that Padraig O Hare will probably get the nod.

Getcha has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but O Hare regains guard immediately.

Getcha got a little sloppy there for a moment and O Hare has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Getcha has managed to get both his arms back between O Hare's legs - danger averted.
