Friedrich fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bo avoids it really well and circles away.
Bo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Friedrich shoots in looking for a takedown but Bo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Friedrich's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Bo shoots in and gets a takedown into Friedrich's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Bo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Friedrich is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Friedrich has escaped and now he's on top!

Bo is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Friedrich frees his head nicely. Oh but Bo has switched to an armbar! Friedrich is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

Jacobs lands a nice shot that snaps Alcano's head back.
Jacobs takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Jacobs turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Jacobs manages to end up in side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jacobs with the ground and pound but Alcano uses the opportunity to regain guard.
