The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner pivots, looking for a leg kick but Youngblood is out of range and Turner settles back down.
Turner misses with a hook to the body
and Youngblood finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Turner looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Turner lands a big head kick that sends Youngblood tumbling to the mat! Turner takes a step backwards and waves Youngblood back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Matt Youngblood has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A big left from Turner misses.
The fighters circling - Turner throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Turner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Youngblood shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Turner eats them both and turns towards Youngblood to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
The fight stays on the outside here - Turner looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Turner thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Youngblood if he has to take too many more of those.
Youngblood checks a low kick from Turner.
Turner fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Youngblood.

Turner throws a solid leg kick but Youngblood takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Turner.

Youngblood fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Turner fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Youngblood manages to avoid it.
Youngblood tries to bum rush Turner with a series of wild strikes but Turner uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Turner checks the leg kick nicely there.

Youngblood thows a left - swing and a miss!
Matt Youngblood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Youngblood chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Turner can pounce on him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Youngblood throws a leg kick which misses Turner's front leg but catches the back leg as Turner tries to avoid it.

Turner tried to score with a low kick but Youngblood checks it.
Turner walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Youngblood shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Turner but Turner pushes him off and we're back to square one.

A low kick from Turner is predictable there
and Youngblood counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Randy Turner has been cut.

Youngblood walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Turner checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
A telegraphed right hand from Youngblood misses the target.
Youngblood missing with a left hand there. Turner was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Youngblood takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Youngblood pivots, looking for a leg kick but Turner is out of range and Youngblood settles back down.
Turner takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Turner throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Youngblood takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Youngblood dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Turner is looking to land body kicks.
Youngblood blocks a head kick by Turner.

Youngblood cracks Turner with a good jab.
Youngblood feints a jab promting Turner to slip. Youngblood then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Turner slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Turner is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Youngblood lands with a big right hook that stumbles Turner - he's out on his feet here! Youngblood follows up with another monster hook that separates Turner from consciousness! Turner falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Youngblood stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

After winning the bout, Matt Youngblood thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
