Well Califf has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Matlock cracks Kwon Hoi with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
A shot to the liver by Matlock. Beautiful body shot.
Kwon Hoi takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Matlock stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Matlock wants it to stay on the feet.
Kwon Hoi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Matlock swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Matlock does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Lemon Kwon Hoi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No joy there for Matlock, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Matlock throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Kwon Hoi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Matlock connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Arnold Rimmer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jordan shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Jordan takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jordan fails with a takedown attempt.
Jordan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rimmer sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jordan somewhat.
A lazy left from Rimmer finds it's target.
Rimmer lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rimmer bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Rimmer connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jordan's hands.
Jordan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rimmer sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Rimmer lands a big right hand that sends Jordan crashing to the mat! Rimmer stays standing though and waves Jordan back to his feet!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Jordan. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jordan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rimmer as he avoids it easily.

Jordan seems to have got his legs back now.
Jordan takes one to the chin there.
Rimmer might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Rimmer misses with a few strikes there.

Rimmer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jordan sprawling to the canvas! Jordan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rimmer finish him?!
Rimmer plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Jordan swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Jordan face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

Boffle fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Black looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Boffle ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Black takes a body punch but keeps moving.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boffle drives through and clinches with Black against the cage.
Black is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Boffle gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Oooooh!!! Boffle has knocked Black down with a huge combo! Boffle steps away and waves a wobbly Black back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Shaver throws a sloppy head kick and Hawks moves out of range easily.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Hawks.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Shaver is trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hawks tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hawks has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Shaver is looking to reverse the position.

Shaver regains half guard.
Shaver is controlling Hawks's position as best he can from this difficult position.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Dick Shaver wasn't active enough on the ground.

and Hawks counters with a three punch combo that has Shaver backing up. Shaver nods at Hawks to acknowledge the strikes.

Shaver rushes Hawks and presses him up against the cage.

Shaver has hold of one of Hawks's legs. Hawks is fighting the takedown attempt but Shaver gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Shaver wants to control from the top but Hawks keeps moving.

Hawks is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Shaver defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shaver slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Shaver must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Dick Shaver has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Hawks tries for a takedown but Shaver sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hawks is breathing heavily.

Shaver feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Shaver tries to pass to full mount but Hawks defends it.
Hawks wants to get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shaver will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hawks moves out of range as Shaver throws a body kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Shaver wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hawks, who protects the arm well.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dick Shaver showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Shaver jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Robert Hawks's cut is getting worse.
Shaver throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Hawks stumbling backwards into the cage! Hawks bounces back off the cage towards Shaver, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Shaver lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Shaver celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Dick Shaver!
A determined Dick Shaver didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
