That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rolland Pierre.

Horrible takedown by Karelin or perhaps it was just good defense by Baxter which made him look bad.
Karelin is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Baxter drops Karelin with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Karelin looks back up at him and smiles so Baxter waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spliffs fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bomb.
Spliffs blocks the body kick.

Spliffs looks to land a left hand but Bomb moved out of range nicely.

Spliffs tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Bomb throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Spliffs blocks it with crossed arms.

Spliffs feints a jab and as Bomb dips his head, Spliffs unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Bomb right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Bomb falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Spliffs smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
