The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dit swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Pitbull counters with a three punch combo that has Dit backing up. Dit nods at Pitbull to acknowledge the strikes.
Dit on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Pitbull closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dit did well to prevent Pitbull getting side control.
Pitbull will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Pitbull wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dit keeps working.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dit can do anything to dispel that myth.
Dit wants to control but Pitbull is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Oh Khan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Ekim knocks Khan out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!

A very excited looking Mike Ekim rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

It looks like Rejinaldo Villasenor has been cut.
Villasenor shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gonzales but Gonzales pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Gonzales takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nice uppercut lands for Gonzales. That snapped Villasenor's head back.

Gonzales sends Villasenor crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Gonzales is motioning to the referee to let Villasenor up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Look low, kick high! Gonzales uses the oldest trick in the book to send Villasenor tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Gonzales is absolutely delighted - when Villasenor wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

Gori fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hall on the side of the head.

Hall blocks a jab.
Gori is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hall.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Gori throws a hook but Hall blocks it.
Hall feints and then cracks Gori's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gori down.

Gori looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Hall tries to kick Gori off but Gori keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
