Drogo moves out of range of the body kick.

Drogo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Tini is breathing heavily.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Drogo remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Coulter closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Coulter's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Coulter counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Coulter drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Coulter jumps guard and drags Fon Gadov to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Coulter is pulling down on Fon Gadov's head. It's preventing any offense from Fon Gadov, at least for the moment.

Coulter has his foot on Fon Gadov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fon Gadov works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Quijote connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Gad covering up! Quijote comes in with a big uppercut and Gad goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dan Smith.
