Lebowski kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Man in Me. Simpson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Devil on My Shoulder . Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rugowski keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Cowell gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Rugowski gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Staal lands a big head kick that sends Kongo tumbling to the mat! Staal takes a step backwards and waves Kongo back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kongo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Staal has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kongo moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Kongo gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

That has opened up Kingo Kongo's cut even more.
Staal lands with a nice body punch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Staal throws a chopping leg kick but Kongo manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Staal does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Staal with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kongo to score with a decent uppercut.
Staal works the jab nicely.

Staal sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Kongo's defenses. It connects perfectly with Kongo's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
