The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pein tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lang sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pein somewhat.
Lang ducks under a wild hook from Pein.
Pein tries to move into range but Lang moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Pein tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lang paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lang rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Pein counter with a right hand.
Lang throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Pein moves into the clinch.
Lang pushes Pein back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Lang is fighting off a takedown attempt but Pein is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Lang to the mat. Lang regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Pein might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Pein is in close to Lang's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
