Animai shoots in looking for a takedown. Stevens tries to sprawl out of it but Animai keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stevens manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Fossmo scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fossmo loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Crax scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Fossmo land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Fossmo stands and salutes the crowd.

Helge Fossmo decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
