Groot does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Groot circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Millen drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Groot follows Millen to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

Polunu feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Polunu drops back looking for a leg! Rose is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rose manages to kick Polunu off! Polunu jumps back into Rose's guard.

Pur 's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Slice Jr connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Pur scrambles back to his feet.
Slice Jr pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Slice Jr swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Slice Jr looks to land a left hand but Pur moved out of range nicely.

Pur shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Slice Jr is trying to defend but Pur finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Pur is looking to advance position but Slice Jr won't allow it.

Slice Jr is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pur pulls his head out easily.
Pur uses his free foot to push down on Slice Jr's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Slice Jr.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
