The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macena moves in looking to clinch but Balestra pushes him off.
Macena throws a head kick that misses.
Macena displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Balestra.
Sloppy strikes from Macena. Those never looked like landing.
Balestra throws a low kick, looking for Macena's leg but Macena calmly moves out of range.

That was a close round but I would say that Victor Kang will probably get the nod.
