The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crunch! Suokas slams his shin into Hornblower's torso.
Hornblower shoots for a double leg takedown but Suokas sprawls well. He's pushed Hornblower's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Hornblower falls off balance throwing a combination
and Suokas counters with a stiff right hand.
Hornblower is breathing heavily.
Hornblower shoots in looking for a takedown. Suokas tries to sprawl out of it but Hornblower keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Suokas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Suokas connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Nathanial Hornblower has been cut.
Hornblower looks up at the clock. Bad move! Suokas lands a right hand from hell, dropping Hornblower. Suokas pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Brooke cracks Beckenbauer on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Beckenbauer falls backwards against the cage. Brooke follows up with more strikes that drop Beckenbauer to his knees. Brooke keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Beckenbauer! This one is all over!

Mccoy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Thunder can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
