Berlley fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hancock has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Hancock gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Berlley postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hancock is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Berlley, into his guard.
Kim Berlley overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Hancock got a little sloppy there for a moment and Berlley has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hancock has managed to get both his arms back between Berlley's legs - danger averted.
Hancock wants to get up but he can't break Berlley's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Berlley is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Hancock frees his head nicely. Oh but Berlley has switched to an armbar! Hancock is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
