The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jay looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Coors shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jay napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Coors is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jay knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Coors gets to mount! Jay was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Hill lands with a nice combination. Brit backs away looking to recover.
Hill misses with a hook. Brit ducked under it nicely.
Brit takes one on the button.
Hill cracks Brit with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hill misses with a low kick as Brit jumps back.
Brit stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Brit swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hill tries to clinch but Brit is having none of it.
Hill ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Hill throws out a loose jab but Brit uses good head movement to avoid it.

Brit feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
