The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Amlet feints and as Trikkle raises his hands in defense, Amlet changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Trikkle keeping moving, preventing Amlet from controlling successfully.
Amlet seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Trikkle wants to stand up but Amlet is controlling him.

Amlet drops back, looking for a kneebar! Trikkle looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Trikkle looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Trikkle!
Amlet tries to bench press Trikkle off him but Trikkle keeps the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Amlet has control of Trikkle's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Trikkle regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Amlet swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Trikkle is now in Amlet's guard. A big mistake from Amlet there, giving up the dominant position!
