The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stewart shoots in looking for a takedown. Washington tries to sprawl out of it but Stewart keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Washington manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Stewart pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stewart takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Stewart feints and as Washington raises his hands in defense, Stewart changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Washington not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Stewart drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Stewart is pushing down on Washington's leg trying to pass to half guard. Washington is fighting to maintain full guard but Stewart has managed to sneak the leg through.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Stewart in particular looking to stall.
Stewart looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Washington with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Stewart is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Stewart wants to control the pace but Washington is squirming around nicely.

I think Saratuwari might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Houki Boushi. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

I would just about give that final round to Ten Sixteen.
