The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cleaver throws a right hand that Gonawyn ducks under and follows up with a left that Gonawyn also avoids with ease.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Cleaver.

Cleaver decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gonawyn to his feet.
Cleaver throws a series of punches but Gonawyn moves out of range.
Cleaver moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Cleaver lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gonawyn closes the distance and clinches up with Cleaver, looking for a takedown. Gonawyn pushes Cleaver against the cage but Cleaver circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gonawyn can do anything to dispel that myth.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close second round but I would say that Randall Cleaver will probably get the nod.

I think Smith might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Big and Red by EC. Nelson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Sound of Silence.
