Langdon chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Viskoja can pounce on him.

A looping hook to the body misses from Langdon. Viskoja does a little dance to reset his feet.
Langdon throws the left hand but Viskoja avoids the punch easily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmer tries to bum rush Nooprom with a series of wild strikes but Nooprom uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nooprom takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Nooprom shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Palmer as he jumps to the side.
Nooprom should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Palmer scores with a nice right hand.

Palmer lands a left and a right that send Nooprom crashing to the mat, dazed. Palmer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Palmer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Palmer bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Nooprom's head backwards.

Nooprom is rocked!
Palmer throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Nooprom's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Palmer dives in looking to finish as Nooprom flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Palmer's strikes! Palmer is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Nooprom's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Nooprom was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Jensen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Outolempi to score with a decent uppercut.

Outolempi catches Jensen with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Jensen forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

Tigh rushes Berntsen and presses him up against the ropes.

Berntsen gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Berntsen looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Berntsen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tigh moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Berntsen trying to control but Tigh is working from the bottom.

Berntsen avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Berntsen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tigh swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Berntsen throws an elbow that misses. Tigh uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Berntsen's guard. Nice move by Tigh!

Tigh has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Berntsen to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Tigh is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Berntsen pulls down on the head and he's put Tigh to sleep! This one is all over!

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Rasputin pushes Jazwinski away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jazwinski gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Jazwinski is trying to get an arm triangle but Rasputin is defending well.
Jazwinski tries to score with some ground and pound. Rasputin controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Rasputin parries the strikes from Jazwinski easily there. Jazwinski is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Rasputin to escape.
Jazwinski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Rasputin takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Rasputin is trying to buck Jazwinski off.
Jazwinski throwing strikes but Rasputin manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

Rasputin wants to take a breather but Jazwinski is having none of it.
