The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doom looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Caldwell misses with a takedown attempt
and Doom counters with a low kick, right behind Caldwell 's knee.
Caldwell shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Doom sprawls well. Doom wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Caldwell gets slowly back to his feet.

Caldwell changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Doom looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Doom manages to work his way to half guard, despite Caldwell's best efforts.

I would just about give that final round to Jacob Doom.
Well Doom has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

That was a close round but I would say that Frank Trig will probably get the nod.
