The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGrim throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Pokrajac sees it coming and avoids it easily.

A head kick lands from Pokrajac that sends McGrim to the canvas. McGrim tries to scramble back to his feet but Pokrajac brings him back down into side control.

It looks like Shawn McGrim has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McGrim bucks up and tries to throw Pokrajac off but instead Pokrajac has got his back!
Pokrajac has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of McGrim's body.
Pokrajac's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
McGrim looks winded!

We're going to have a standup here because Igor Pokrajac wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Nice uppercut there from Pokrajac.
Pokrajac feints a jab and as McGrim dips his head, Pokrajac unleashes a brutal head kick that catches McGrim right on the jaw! Timbeeer! McGrim falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Pokrajac smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

After the fight, Igor Pokrajac was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Raskolnikof checks a leg kick.

enabling Morgan to counter with a crisp jab.
Morgan misses with a takedown attempt - Raskolnikof sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Strcko shoots in looking for a takedown. Lewis tries to sprawl out of it but Strcko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lewis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Strcko shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Strcko was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Hrcak is looking to sinch up a triangle. Alcindor throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Hrcak's body to avoid the submission. Hrcak has instead reached around Alcindor's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Hrcak arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
