Bum feints and as Redyan raises his hands in defense, Bum changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Bum showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Bum really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Redyan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lindseth wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Good leg kick by Lindseth there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Lindseth is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Breaker rather than just go for the knockout.

Lindseth lands a left and a right that send Breaker crashing to the mat, dazed. Lindseth thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Breaker is rocked!
Lindseth jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Oh Breaker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters circle, before Lindseth throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Breaker's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Lindseth lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Jenkins scores with a one two! Deng had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Deng throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Deng looks to land a left hand but Jenkins moved out of range nicely.
Jenkins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jenkins ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Omen Deng seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Deng slaps away a takedown attempt from Jenkins, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jenkins tests Deng's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Deng displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jenkins.

Jenkins shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Deng eats them both and turns towards Jenkins to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Jenkins fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Deng manages to avoid it.
Jenkins misses with a straight left.
Jenkins wants to land a leg kick but Deng is out of range.
Jenkins is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Deng had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Deng throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jenkins counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The crowd cheers as Jenkins lands an impressive looking overhand right. Deng doesn't seem phased though.
Jenkins comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jenkins misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Deng.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Solomon Jenkins seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Deng looks to land a left hand but Jenkins moved out of range nicely.
Jenkins misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Deng fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Deng takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Deng shoots in looking for a takedown. Jenkins tries to sprawl out of it but Deng keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jenkins manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Deng just misses with a punch to the body.

Jenkins lands a big head kick that sends Deng tumbling to the mat! Jenkins takes a step backwards and waves Deng back to his feet - he wants the finish!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jenkins drops Deng with a huge uppercut! Deng drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Jenkins is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Edgars connects with a superb combination that knocks Alvarez out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Edgars before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Alvarez!

A very excited looking Humors Edgars rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
