The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee throws a nice outside leg kick.
Davis misses with a takedown attempt - Lee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Lee fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Davis sprawls well initially but Lee persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Lee seems to be working for a kimura but Davis defends the submission attempt.
Davis keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Davis is not content to let Lee control the position.

Davis holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Lee seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Davis does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Davis is controlling Lee's position as best he can from this difficult position.

We're going to have a standup here because Henry Davis wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Davis shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lee's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Chim shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Doghoon but Doghoon pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Chim slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Chim avoids a punch combination nicely.
Chim bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Doghoon's head.
Chim scores with a hook to the body. Doghoon takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Ha showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Chainsaw.
Whack! Ha lands a heavy head kick that drops Chainsaw. The ref tackles Ha to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Chainsaw was done.
