Threepwood tries to close the distance and clinch up but Saenpong swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Saenpong swats away the attempt to clinch by Threepwood.

Threepwood tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Victorio lands with a thumping leg kick.
Khan throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Victorio lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Khan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Khan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Khan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Khan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Khan gets caught flat footed, as Victorio shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

It looks like Genghis Khan has been cut.
Victorio wants to slow Khan down by chopping away at his legs.
Victorio turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Victorio lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Victorio dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Khan. That did some damage!

Oooooh!!! Khan has knocked Victorio down with a huge combo! Khan steps away and waves a wobbly Victorio back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Horrible takedown by Chaka or perhaps it was just good defense by Friedricksen which made him look bad.
Buan Chaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Friedricksen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Chaka sprawling to the canvas! Chaka rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Friedricksen finish him?!

It looks like Buan Chaka has been cut.
Chaka takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Friedricksen throws a quick head kick that knocks Chaka silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Friedricksen is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
