The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dube throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dube throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smith's waist but Smith gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dube off to one side.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Dube.
Dube lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Dube lands with a shot to the body.
Smith throws the kick towards the body but Dube avoids it.
Dube shoots for a double leg takedown but Smith sprawls well. He's pushed Dube's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
