The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mace swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Punchon counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Punchon.

Punchon takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Punchon stalks Mace and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mace's face. Mace staggers backwards, shaken.
Punchon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Punchon lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Punchon moves out of range as Mace strikes.
Mace misses with a straight left.
Punchon fails with an attempt to clinch.
Punchon takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mace lands with a nice combination. Punchon backs away looking to recover.
Punchon throws a wild body kick that Mace sees coming a mile off.
Punchon works over Mace's head and body with a nice combination.
Punchon cracks Mace with a hook to the temple - Mace is on wobbly legs here! Punchon swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Mace falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Punchon wins by TKO!

Ima Punchon really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Blood Bank ($10) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

That was a close second round but I would say that Demetrius Katzenmaier will probably get the nod.
