The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira lands a nice leg kick that just misses Silva's sensitive parts.
Nogueira doesn't manage to clinch there - Silva circles away.

Nogueira throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Silva was covering up waiting for the punch and Nogueira finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Nogueira wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving.

Bacon has hold of Monroe's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Monroe seems comfortable defending it but Bacon has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Monroe is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Monroe is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Bacon couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Nogueira keeps the fight on the outside.
Nogueira shoots in looking for a takedown. Gili tries to sprawl out of it but Nogueira keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gili manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gili's corner calls for a 1-2. Gili obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Nogueira drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Nogueira ducks right into an uppercut from Gili.
Gili fails to land with a series of punches.

Nogueira drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Nogueira as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Gili screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Nogueira! Nice submission victory there!
