The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ferguson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Champ manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Champ can do anything to dispel that myth.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ferguson breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
