McWild postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Trendell covers up, he's hurt! McWild keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from McWild and the ref steps in to end the fight! McWild can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Jeffry McWild decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Conda comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Los Bastardos Finlandeses - Acapulco kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conda leaves Hunter with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Conda slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Conda uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hunter.
Hunter throws an off balance right hand
and Conda counters with a good low kick that Hunter was not able to check.

Conda closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Hunter quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hunter is looking to improve his position.
Hunter avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Conda.
Conda wants to take a breather but Hunter is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
