Tucker looks for the body kick but Thomas saw that one coming.
Tucker throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tucker tries to clinch up but Thomas circles away and keeps his distance.

Tucker lands a left and a right that send Thomas crashing to the mat, dazed. Tucker thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Thomas is rocked!

It looks like Nate Thomas has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Thomas takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Tucker. Thomas shrugs it off though.

Tucker lands a big head kick that sends Thomas tumbling to the mat! Tucker takes a step backwards and waves Thomas back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Thomas is still on wobbly legs! Can Tucker finish him?
Tucker looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Tucker backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Thomas's temple! It sends Thomas violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Tucker celebrates and the doctors try to help Thomas!

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simon Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenichi Shirahama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shirahama comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Fade To Black kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 20 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kenichi Shirahama!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams misses with a lunging right hand
and Shirahama counters with a thumping low kick.

Williams throws a looping overhand right but Shirahama ducks down to avoid it.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Shirahama drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Williams dives on top into guard.

Williams does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Williams lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Shirahama has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Shirahama and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Shirahama working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Williams doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Williams manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Williams is posturing up here but Shirahama has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Williams tries to roll out but it's too tight and Williams has to tap! Slick submission there by Shirahama!
