Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Jeff Dahmer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Arturo Pinto!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinto stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pinto wants it to stay on the feet.
Dahmer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pinto but Pinto pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Pinto misses with a body kick.

Pinto closes the distance and clinches.
Dahmer managing to block the knees to the body from Pinto.
Pinto goes for a takedown in the clinch but Dahmer prevents it.

Dahmer tightens his grip and picks Pinto up, before dumping him to the ground. Pinto manages to land in guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Dahmer pushing down on Pinto's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Dahmer moves nicely into side control.

Dahmer is trying to get an arm triangle but Pinto is defending well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pinto tries to improve position but can't.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dahmer advances to mount.
Dahmer scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Pinto?

It looks like Arturo Pinto has been cut.

Dahmer swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!

Jeff Dahmer decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Destroyer shoots in and bounces Lewis off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Destroyer is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Destroyer lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Destroyer postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Destroyer thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Lewis trying to control the position.
Lewis can't keep his opponent in guard - Destroyer advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Destroyer looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Destroyer passes the guard and advances to mount!
Destroyer trying to control but Lewis is having none of it.
Lewis is trying to escape the mount.

Destroyer is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Lewis can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Destroyer scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Destroyer pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Lewis is rocked!
Destroyer postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Lewis out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Destroyer goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!

Mcgarry shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense.

Jones closes the distance and clinches.

Mcgarry lands a takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Mcgarry has gone for a leg lock! Jones slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mcgarry's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones stands up from guard. Let's bang!
A jab from Jones finds it's way through Mcgarry's defenses.

It looks like Nicholas J Mcgarry has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jones dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mcgarry fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Jones scores with a hook to the body. Mcgarry takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The crowd cheers as Jones lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mcgarry doesn't seem phased though.
Mcgarry shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nicholas J Mcgarry. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mcgarry is breathing heavily.

Jones darts in and clinches Mcgarry up against the cage.
Mcgarry has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jones is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Jones breaks the clinch.
Jones lands with a hook. Mcgarry tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Jones fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jones sends Mcgarry crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jones is motioning to the referee to let Mcgarry up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Mcgarry is rocked!

and Jones counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Oh Mcgarry is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones lands with a right that hurts Mcgarry. Mcgarry looks to clinch but Jones throws a short knee that drops Mcgarry. This one is all over!

Brown has taken the fight to the clinch.
Valdemes tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Brown smiles and moves away.
Brown tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Valdemes swivels and escapes.
Brown misses with a few strikes there.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Brown jumps guard.
Valdemes passes into half guard.
Brown wants to improve his position but Valdemes is controlling well.

Valdemes seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Brown has recovered full guard.

Valdemes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Valdemes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Valdemes wants to pass the guard but Brown is keeping the position.
Brown not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Brown might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Valdemes is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Brown working for a triangle but Valdemes defends it easily.

Valdemes thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Valdemes postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Brown is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Valdemes, into his guard.

Valdemes escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brown gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Valdemes is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Brown rolls with it to try and escape but Valdemes cranks on the arm and Brown is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Davis moves into the clinch successfully.
Bronson is trying to break free.
Bronson has Davis pressed against the cage, preventing Davis from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Davis wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Davis tries to break the clinch but Bronson is controlling the position.
Davis prevents Bronson from breaking the clinch.
Bronson is trying to break the clinch but Davis has him pressed against the cage.

Bronson cracks Davis with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Davis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bronson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Davis throws a body punch but Bronson moves out of range.
Bronson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Davis is rocked!
Davis is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bronson rather than just go for the knockout.

Bronson closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Davis! Bronson dives in looking to finish! Davis is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
