Nice sprawl there from Eye as Alves shoots in.

Eye wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Eye jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Alves walks away with a smile on his face. Eye gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Eye throws a head kick but Alves moves out of range.

enabling Eye to counter with a crisp jab.
Alves tries for a takedown but Eye sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Alves has clasped his hands together around Eye's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Sirin shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Baird's guard.

Sirin is looking to defend but Baird has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Sirin! Baird pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Sirin taps out and this one is all over!

Ed throws a chopping leg kick but Roberts manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Ed.
Ed shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Roberts but Roberts pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Roberts clinches up with Ed and pushes him back against the cage.

Roberts breaks from the clinch.
Ed tries to score a power double leg takedown but Roberts sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ed somewhat.
Jake Roberts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Ed.
Roberts throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ed stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ed closes the distance looking to clinch
and Roberts counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Roberts counters with a left and a right that stings Ed.
Ed closes the distance and clinches up with Roberts, looking for a takedown. Ed pushes Roberts against the cage but Roberts circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ed shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Roberts but Roberts pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ed fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Roberts avoids it really well and circles away.
Ed wants to clinch but Roberts slips to the side
and Roberts counters with a left to the body.
Ed throws a right hand that misses
and Roberts counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Roberts displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ed.
Ed shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Roberts defends it nicely.

Ed fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Roberts's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Roberts duly obliges.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Roberts feints with a jab and clips Ed right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Ed is sent crashing into the canvas and Roberts leaps in for the kill! Ed tries to get to his feet but Roberts is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Ed is in need of a savior and steps in!

Condit tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Macarenco shoots in for a double leg but Condit sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Macarenco shoots in for a takedown but Condit shows good takedown defense.

Condit feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Macarenco looking for a guillotine here but Condit defends easily.

Macarenco is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Condit has his hands clasped together but Macarenco extends an breaks Condit's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Macarenco.
