Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brus Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bingo Star (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Li might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Blue Bob - Go Get Some. Star has chosen Octopus's garden as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Star tries to bum rush Li with a series of wild strikes but Li uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Star throws a poor cross that misses
and Li counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Star swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Star scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Li pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Star avoids the head kick by Li.

I think Laukkanen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Mutilation of Christ. Bri is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Neely asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bri tries to buck Neely off but Neely is having none of it.

Bri is bucking up trying to escape but Neely cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Neely has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bri's face.
Neely has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!


Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Neely lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bri has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bri and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Neely slips a straight right by Bri.
Neely fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bri manages to avoid it.

Neely moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Bri goes down! Can Neely finish him!?

Bri is rocked!
Neely has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Neely gets to his feet and stands over Bri, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Bri felt that one! Neely unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Bri from any more punishment!

A relieved looking Jack Neely thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
