The crowd seem to be enjoying Sancio's choice of entrance music: Faint. On his way into the cage it seems that Jim Duggan has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jim Duggan seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Duggan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sancio looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Duggan is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Sancio's shoulder. That is not cool.
Duggan misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Duggan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
You can see the frustration on Sancio's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Sancio gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Duggan is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sancio sees it coming and defends easily.

The fight stays on the outside here - Duggan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
