The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olszewicz chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Magpie can pounce on him.
Mister Magpie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Olszewicz bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Caotico is looking to take a break and control but Foss is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Foss tries to buck Caotico off but Caotico is having none of it.
Foss is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Caotico lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Foss down.

Caotico works to advance to full mount. Foss defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Foss wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.

Cainovski's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Toni Zen-Vo Moj Stil. Yayram has chosen 99 Problems as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
