Andreas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Blok pinned against the cage. Blok gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

No joy there for Hai, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Valko Hai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Akamai throws a left and a right that both miss
and Hai counters with a nice uppercut.
Hai throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Akamai misses with a few strikes there.
Akamai throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hai stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Hai closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Akamai did well to prevent Hai getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
