The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reeves keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Barry misses with a takedown attempt - Reeves sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Diaz looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Diaz takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Williams lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Williams misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Well Williams has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Hempsall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mads Bjergsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hempsall kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Everyday-Shy FX & T Power. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Bjergsen moves forwards but Hempsall connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Bjergsen throws a nice looking combination but Hempsall bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bjergsen looks to score with a jab to the body but Hempsall is just out of range.

Hempsall moves out of range of the body kick.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bjergsen lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hempsall has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hempsall and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hempsall feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bjergsen sprawling to the canvas! Bjergsen rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hempsall finish him?!

Bjergsen is rocked!

It looks like Mads Bjergsen has been cut.
Bjergsen walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Hempsall swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

It looks like Michael Fury has been cut.
Fury fails to pull guard.
Out tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Out landing knees to the head.

Out breaks the clinch.
Out scores with a kick to the body.
Fury is breathing heavily.
Fury shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Out but Out pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Fury. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A head kick lands from Out that sends Fury to the canvas. Fury tries to scramble back to his feet but Out brings him back down into side control.

Fury is rocked!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Out has an Americana. Fury didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Out is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Out hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Stringfellow sneaks out the side door and pushes Pitt away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Stringfellow misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pitt swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Pitt is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Stringfellow with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pitt to score with a decent uppercut.
Stringfellow looks to land a combination but Pitt avoids it well.

Pitt misses with a double jab.
Pitt rushes Stringfellow with punches - Stringfellow moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Stringfellow goes down! Pitt follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
