The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab from Ortiz.
Fuller cracks Ortiz with an open hand slap.
Ortiz cracks Fuller with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Fuller walks into a straight right hand from Ortiz.
Nice shot lands for Ortiz.
A left and a right from Ortiz both land. Nice combination.
Ortiz changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fuller tries a head kick but it misses.
Ortiz scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Ortiz connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Fuller momentarily.
Ortiz is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Fuller like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Fuller from another fist facial!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Justin Ortiz!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Watson enables Kerr to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Watson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Harold closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Harold lands in his opponent's guard.

Mike Colorado showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Mike Colorado decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
